6. RETURN AND EXCHANGES DUE TO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL . ZK, in compliance with current regulations, offers its users the possibility of retracting the purchase during the first 5 business days after delivery of the product. The aforementioned retractions must be requested by the user service means. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must comply with some general conditions. When a product has specific conditions to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal, this will be specified in the characteristics of the product.
The user has the right of withdrawal if:
– The product is not damaged or damaged due to customer actions.
– The product has labels, sales invoice, accessories and original packaging (It has not been unpacked and includes manuals, user guides, warranty certificates, etc.).
– The product shows no signs of use, dirt or wear.
– The product has not been delivered more than FIVE (5) business days.
– The money refund will be processed immediately after verification of the requirements (product in the same delivery conditions) and will be returned within a maximum of 30 calendar days. If the product was paid by credit card and the refund method chosen by the consumer is reversal to their credit card, the money will be refunded to the card used within 30 calendar days after ZK accepts the retraction. These reversal times depend directly on the consumer's banking entity. The bank reversal only applies to refunds on the entire order. Only by fulfilling these conditions will the customer receive all of the money for their purchase.
Transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the goods will be covered by the buyer.
If the requirements for withdrawal are not met, the user will be informed and the product will be returned.
